Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Coordinator to support our data collection and field research efforts. The ideal candidate should be an Arab national with excellent communication skills and a background in accounts, finance, or business . This role involves coordinating and overseeing surveys, ensuring accurate data collection, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of surveys and field data collection
  • Liaise with surveyors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Compile and validate collected data for reporting purposes
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the team

Requirements

  • Arab national with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Experience – minimum 2 years
  • Educational background in accounts, finance, or business
  • Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be available to join immediately
