Job Summary

The NOC Engineer (Civils & Infrastructure) will be responsible for managing all interactions and communications with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth project execution in the field of civil engineering and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for projects related to civil engineering and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations and policies that may impact project timelines or budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external agencies for all matters related to permits and approvals.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather and submit required documentation to authorities in a timely manner.
• Manage all NOC’s permits, permit applications in line with local Authorities requirements such as RTA, DEWA, DDA, and Dubai Municipality.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in dealing with local authorities and government agencies in the context of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with authorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and approvals simultaneously.
