Overview

Job Summary: We are looking for a capable Construction Manager specializing in Roads & Infrastructure to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
• Manage and undertake all type of dry and wet utilities and roadworks.
• Provide forecast and look-ahead program and monitor the cost as per project cost.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-control measures are in place.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience as a Construction Manager, with a focus on roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
