Must-Have:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, upgrades, implementations, and more
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations
  • Experience in configuration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities
  • ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI customization, and building integrations with third-party tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS, CSA, and ServiceNow micro certifications
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and/or ITBM
