Job Title: Proposal/Bid Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal/Bid Coordinator to play a vital role in securing high-profile projects across the region. As a Proposal/Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of high-quality proposals EOIs and bids and ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals EOIs and bids

– Collaborate with architects engineers and management to gather and develop content

– Track tenders and manage submission timelines

– Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are delivered on time

Requirements
– Bachelors degree in a relevant field

– Strong communication and writing skills

– 4-6 years of experience in proposal or bid coordination preferably in Architecture Engineering Consultancy or Construction

– Familiarity with RFPs RFQs EOIs tendering web portals and UAE government tender processes

– Organized proactive and deadline-driven
