Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Design Architect, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in a variety of development activities. The program runs for two years and provides exposure to projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas. You will develop decision‑making, communication, technical and leadership skills while learning about our business, values, and teams. The program includes mentoring, on‑the‑job experience, and support towards gaining chartered status within your field.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
