Husaini Brothers, a trusted UAE brand in fasteners for over 57 years, is seeking a General Manager to lead our next phase of growth. This leadership role combines managing an established Fasteners Trading Division while driving the setup and scale of our Fasteners Manufacturing operations. We are looking for a results-driven leader with experience in systems-driven management, ERP implementation, and business expansion into the UAE/GCC/Africa.

About the Role

The General Manager will take full ownership of strategy, growth, and operations across trading, warehousing, logistics, procurement, sales, and manufacturing setup — with a strong focus on fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, and related SKUs) for construction, Structural Steel, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and industrial clients. You will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and building a strong performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth
2. Lead P&L responsibility for trading and manufacturing divisions.
3. Expand customer base across UAE, GCC, and Africa through business development.
4. Drive scalability with systems, ERP, and process excellence.
5. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver revenue and margin targets.
6. Strengthen market positioning, key account management, and pricing strategy.
7. Oversee branding, digital outreach, exhibitions, and lead generation.

Manufacturing & Operations

1. Establish and scale fasteners manufacturing operations (bolts, nuts, washers, anchors, and related hardware) with world-class systems and quality standards.
2. Oversee warehousing, logistics, procurement, and delivery with efficiency.
3. Implement lean manufacturing practices, ERP/CRM adoption, and automation.

Finance & Compliance

1. Ensure strong cost control, cash flow management, and credit discipline.
2. Monitor P&L, margins, and financial KPIs.
3. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, trade regulations, and HSE standards.

People & Culture

1. Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
2. Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
3. Develop a second line of leadership and invest in training.

Requirements

1. 12+ years’ leadership experience in fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, anchors, or related hardware) or allied industrial sectors such as structural steel, construction supplies, or industrial manufacturing/trading.
2. Proven expertise in P&L management, ERP/system implementation, and scaling multi-department operations.
3. Strong people leadership, commercial acumen, and operational discipline.
4. UAE/GCC market experience strongly preferred. Exceptional fasteners/industrial leaders from India will also be considered.
5. Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business (MBA/Manufacturing specialization preferred).
