Responsibilities

1. Manage project budget preparation, cost estimation, and settlement processes while overseeing overall cost control.
2. Handle bid proposals, client contract negotiations/execution, and downstream subcontracting—including labor tendering and cost oversight.
3. Monitor market pricing for labor, materials, and equipment, with regular reporting on dynamic cost fluctuations.
4. Prepare business reports and funding plans; coordinate visa applications, claims processing, and upstream/downstream settlements.
5. Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams, and fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in construction industry cost management or settlement (Middle East experience strongly preferred).
3. Proficiency in budgeting, settlement procedures, and business reporting; ability to prepare financial documents in English.
4. Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems, and relevant financial software.
5. Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin; demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
