• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in Epicor ERP 10 or later versions.

• Experience with Epicor tools such as BPM (Business Process Management), dashboards, and BAQs (Business Activity Queries).

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and C# for customization.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Epicor ERP solutions.

• Professional certifications related to Epicor ERP or equivalent business systems.

• Experience in Epicor ERP upgrades and migrations.

• Experience with Epicor Customization Tools like BPMs (Business Process Management) and BAQs (Business Activity Queries).
