Role: Devotion Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader with a proven track record in the Business Setup Services sector within Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Relationship Managers and sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the Dubai business landscape, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business setup plans to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Provide Leadership and Team Management
• Provide expert guidance on UAE business laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated business solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a business set up consultancy, in UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
