Overview
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions. As a Duty Engineer, you are responsible for all mechanical and technical maintenance and HVAC equipment within the property.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and control the preventive maintenance schedule
- Be responsible for the health and safety of the property
- Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction on quality and progress
- Create departmental training programs among engineering staff and create opportunities to multitask
- Delegate work to subordinates according to their capabilities to meet specified standards
Qualifications
You should have a degree in mechanical engineering with experience in a similar role and proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of equipment. A good command of English and the ability to fault-find and rectify subsystems are essential.
