Overview

Senior Talent Partner at Nameless Ventures – Software Engineering. You will join a globally leading iGaming company building from the ground up in Dubai, working on a total rebrand of their platform with a new high-level team to rebuild the application from scratch (0-1 development process).

They are looking for a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer who wants to make an impact with a tech-first organisation and to lead and grow their own technical team.

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading multiple squads of engineers (ideally cross-functional teams)
• Strong proven hands-on experience with backend technologies (ideally a Golang background)
• Proven experience in the Fin-Tech, iGaming or E-commerce domain
• Proven experience in building products from the ground up
