• Work Location: Primarily Dubai office based (UAE); Offshore (when required), aboard marine construction vessels.
• Reports to: Project Manager / HSE Director
• Contract Type: Full-time
• ESSENTIAL: Saudi Aramco and/or ADNOC HSE Approval: must hold HSE approval or have previously completed ADNOC/Aramco EPCI offshore project at management level.

The Project HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Manager will oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management for offshore marine construction projects, with a primary focus on EPCI projects, specifically the Transport and Installation phases, in the oil and gas sector.

The role involves ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco safety regulations, promoting a safety culture across the project team, and managing HSE programs onboard marine construction vessels.

The Project HSE Manager will work closely with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to industry standards. Prior experience in the large EPCI HSE project management
