The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the recruitment strategy toattract, source, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. Thisrole involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strongrelationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidateexperience throughout the process. In addition to overseeing recruitment operations, the Talent AcquisitionManager analyzes hiring metrics, optimizes sourcing channels, and developsemployer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction. Strongleadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential tosuccessfully meet staffing needs and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment strategy to attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, analyze hiring metrics, optimize sourcing channels, and develop employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
  • Provide leadership, communication, and strategic planning to successfully meet staffing needs and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with proficiency in ATS, recruitment analytics, and automation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, DEI best practices, and hiring governance.
