We’re Hiring a Technical Project Manager for our client!

Are you passionate about delivering cutting-edge experiential and technology-driven projects? Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of immersive, interactive experiences for global clients.

This role blends project leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional coordination, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning complex concepts into seamless, high-quality executions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple technical projects from concept to delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, creative, and production teams to bring immersive experiences to life.
• Manage scope, risks, milestones, and technical documentation.
• Act as the primary client contact, translating requirements into actionable project plans.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 4-6 years project management experience in technical, experiential, or hardware-integrated projects.
• Strong knowledge of interactive systems, electronics, AV/installation technologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Float, Hubspot, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solution-driven, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
