We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this technical, customer-facing role, you will deliver, implement, and support AI-powered workflow automation solutions tailored to client needs. You’ll work closely with one of our key strategic partners, collaborating on joint client projects and integration initiatives. This role may require occasional travel to client and partner sites (both local and international) to support project delivery, onboarding, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Delivery
• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of our AI workflow automation platform for customers and partners.
• Design, build, and deliver PoCs and pilot projects that showcase the value of AI-powered workflows.
• Integrate our solutions with third-party systems (APIs, web services), focusing on seamless data flow and interoperability.

• Integrations & APIs
• Work hands-on with APIs, data connectors, and middleware to enable integration with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, quickly diagnosing and addressing technical challenges.

• Partner & Customer Interaction
• Collaborate closely with our strategic partner’s technical and project teams on joint solutions and client engagements.
• Engage with customer technical teams to understand their environments, integration needs, and business processes.
• Support onboarding, technical training, and enablement sessions for client and partner teams.
• Travel for project delivery, onsite workshops, and partner collaboration.

• Documentation & Handover
• Prepare clear technical documentation, integration guides, and handover materials for both customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Internal Collaboration
• Relay customer and partner feedback to Product and Engineering, helping to drive product improvement.
• Stay current on trends in AI, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven technical background in AI, machine learning, workflow automation, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with system integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks, etc.).
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HR, finance systems, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work directly with partner and customer technical teams—solving problems and building trust.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for client and partner engagements.
• Eagerness to learn, share, and grow with the team.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on integration experience with major ERP or CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration engines.
• Coding or scripting skills (Python preferred).
• Experience delivering technical workshops or training sessions.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in integrations.
