About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to design user-centric digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product thinking, design systems, and accessibility standards while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design: from user research, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI designs.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Design responsive, mobile-first applications with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
  • Craft engaging dashboards, analytical views, and data-driven interfaces with strong typography and layout balance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing) to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards for inclusive design.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience designing for web and mobile applications .
  • Proven expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools .
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles , user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices for inclusive design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development (not mandatory, but a plus).
  • Ability to work on data-heavy products , dashboards, and enterprise SaaS interfaces.
  • Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping tools.
