Real Estate Sales Agents and Listing Agents

Union House Properties is expanding, and we’re looking for ambitious professionals to join us in two key roles:

• Listing Agents
• Real Estate Sales Agents

Real Estate Sales Agents

What You’ll Do:

• Generate and convert leads into closed deals
• Negotiate with clients to achieve sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s property market

Who You Are:

• 1+ year real estate sales experience (preferred)
• Strong negotiator and closer
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market (a plus)
• Real estate license preferred, not mandatory
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Listing Agents

What You’ll Do:

• Make daily outbound calls to property owners/landlords
• Secure and update property listings in our CRM
• Build strong relationships for repeat business
• Work closely with sales teams to match listings with clients

Who You Are:

• 1+ year in real estate, telesales, or related role
• Skilled in outreach, lead generation & communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market is preferred
