The main responsibilities include:

1. Implementing social media strategies that adhere to corporate and brand requirements.
2. Developing content, monitoring, and updating the Company’s Social Media Channels.
3. Coordinating online activities to meet objectives of group events, initiatives, and brand strategies, ensuring platforms are updated in all available languages.
4. Maintaining a social media marketing calendar for campaigns and promotions.
5. Providing online support for Brand, Marketing, PR, and Customer Relations activities.
6. Carrying out online marketing activities as directed by the Department manager.
7. Generating analytical reports on social media statistics and executing necessary actions.
8. Supporting corporate event coverage on social channels.
9. Maintaining community guidelines reference log.
10. Assisting in brand development and acting as a guardian of brand identity.
11. Contributing to social media advertising efforts and promotional programs to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

The requirements include:

1. Minimum of 5 years of social media management experience in the UAE.
2. Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
3. Experience managing social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc., either in-house or at an agency.
4. Experience in delivering campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
5. Immediate availability is preferred.
6. Photography and videography skills are a plus, or the ability to edit.
