Job Title: Consultant – Structured Products Support
Location: UAE

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Consultant with 2–4 years of experience in financial services, ideally within structured products or derivatives support. The role involves assisting the front office in post-trade operations, marketing material preparation, and day-to-day team coordination.
Key Responsibilities

  • Trade Support: Review trade documentation, share trade recaps/confirmations, and maintain internal trade databases.
  • Pitchbook Support: Prepare and update marketing materials and structured product presentations.
  • Operational Support: Assist with trade-related queries and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Team Assistance: Support with scheduling, reporting, and client meeting preparations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a support/ops role related to structured products or derivatives
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of derivatives and structured products
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
  • CFA Level 1 is a plus, but not mandatory
