Consultant – Risk & Compliance (UAE National)

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Risk & Compliance team. This role is ideal for graduates or professionals interested in regulatory, compliance, and risk advisory services.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support client engagements, conduct research, and help implement compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in risk and compliance assessments for clients
• Support the development of policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and best practices
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver client solutions
• Participate in training and professional development programs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks is a plus but not mandatory

Experience

• Open to graduates with or without prior experience; internships or exposure to risk/compliance work is advantageous
