Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise in data management framework implementation.
• Manage project plan, budget, risk, and oversee the implementation of policies, standards, and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Project Lead (SME) with a background in Data governance, Project Management, and Change Management within Banking & Financial Services industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with good planning, budgeting, and program management experience.
• Experience in implementing Data Management frameworks, policies, and procedures organization-wide.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Data Management and Governance in Banking & Financial Services.
• Understanding of DAMA and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic beneficial.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Data Governance tools such as Informatica DEQ, EDC, AXON.
• Experience managing budgets and executing projects successfully.
• Hands-on experience in Data Strategy implementation and large-scale project oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
