Field Service Engineer

The purpose of this role is to ensure the functional efficiency of the filling machine lines at the customer site. The job holder is required to consider the commercial conditions while performing service and maintenance duties to support customers during their daily production plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of related items and how to use different tools (e.g., pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanics, automation, instrumentation, controls).
• Perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, or troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Prepare technical reports and record customer complaints for forwarding to the responsible department.
• Support customer staff with technical problems.
• Order spare parts with customer approval when required.
• Install modifications when necessary.
• Lead personnel at the site when required.
• Install filling lines as needed.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Degree in Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
