Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and personable Spa Client Experience and Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth spa operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a friendly demeanor, and a knack for exceeding targets, particularly in spa membership sales. Proficiency in French, Russian, or Arabic is highly desirable.
