Job Description

Deepgram is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead a commercial segment of our Account Executive team to drive growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a combination of data-driven rigor with creativity to shape how Deepgram grows its customer base and sales talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales management
  • 3+ years leading teams of Account Executives
  • Proven success in driving pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and ARR growth at scale
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and developing AEs through structured enablement programs
  • Deep understanding of what it takes to optimize new business and upsell win rates and ASP
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI and automation tools to improve sales efficiency, personalization, and operational scale
  • Strong operational instincts
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
