Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate patient needs and expectations regarding surgery
• Perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures with precision
• Design individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal recovery
• Document all patient interactions and surgical procedures in compliance with medical regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Stay updated with emerging trends and techniques in plastic surgery
• Promote a culture of safety quality care and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery
• Current DHA license to practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Dubai
• Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery
• Proficient in performing a diverse range of surgical procedures
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team-focused environment
• Commitment to professional development and excellence in the field
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
