Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive and scale a next‑generation mobility business, delivering integrated transport solutions including ITS, traffic/tunnel control systems, EV infrastructure, and fleet/MaaS services. This hands‑on role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commercial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap, aligning technical, operational, and commercial objectives.
  • Lead delivery of complex ITS, traffic control, tunnel, and EV infrastructure projects on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Own P&L, develop revenue models (services, SaaS/MaaS, O&M, concessions), and drive sustainable growth.
  • Provide senior technical guidance; oversee product/service development and integration of emerging mobility solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, manage business risks, and implement continuity/emergency plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, municipalities, transport authorities, and private partners.
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a performance‑driven, safety‑first culture.
  • Identify opportunities for operational optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Transport Planning, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
  • 10–15 years’ experience in transport systems, ITS, traffic management, or EV infrastructure, with at least 5 years in senior leadership/GM roles.
  • Proven record delivering complex transport projects and managing P&L.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in tendering, contracts, and partnership development.
  • Technical knowledge of ITS, SCADA/tunnel control, EV ecosystems, and telematics/IoT platforms.
  • Experience working with government agencies; UAE market experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinker, decisive, and able to lead diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic highly desirable.
