Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and patient-centered Consultant Neurologist to join a multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patients with a wide spectrum of neurological disorders, while contributing to clinical excellence, education, and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and migraine.
  • Interpret neurodiagnostic tests such as MRI, CT, EEG, EMG, and lumbar punctures.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and complex case discussions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and fellows.
  • Engage in clinical audits, research, and continuing medical education activities.
  • Ensure compliance with SCFHS standards and hospital protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Board Certification in Neurology (e.g., Saudi Board, Arab Board, American/Canadian Board, or European equivalent).
  • Valid classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Consultant Neurologist.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in clinical neurology.
  • Proficiency in neuroimaging and neurophysiological diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
