What You’ll Be Doing

• Run the candidate recruitment lifecycle — from initial reachout to successful placements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and business needs
• Source and interview candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and market networks
• Build long-term talent pipelines and meaningful professional relationships
• Deliver a standout candidate experience at every stage

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree (Law, HR, or related fields preferred)
• Confident communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
• Currently based in Dubai
