An exciting opportunity has opened up for a CFO to join our client in Dubai.

This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the finance strategy optimizing processes and supporting key commercial decisions at the group level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the finance strategy and support business growth
• Lead financial planning analysis and risk mitigation
• Manage cash flow credit control and working capital
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings and reporting
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS VAT and local regulations
• Collaborate with operational leaders to meet divisional targets
• Lead ERP implementation and financial systems improvements
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team

Ideal Candidate:

• CA / ACCA or equivalent
• 10 years in a similar leadership role
• Must be on a Head Director or CFO capacity
• Strong command of ERP financial systems and Microsoft Office
• Proficient in IFRS UAE VAT and treasury management
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in the motor / automotive industry
• Experience managing and leading a team
