Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Yacht Broker who is passionate about the marine industry and eager to join our vibrant team in Dubai. This role requires exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of the yacht market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities for yacht sales and acquisitions.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Networking: Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to promote our brokerage and expand our client base.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage all paperwork related to yacht transactions, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, providing insights and support on various brokerage activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a yacht broker with a strong sales record.
• In-depth knowledge of the yacht industry and current market trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A valid yacht or boating license is preferred. but not necessary.
• Relevant certifications in yacht brokerage or maritime business are advantageous.
