Job Title : Warehouse Manager

Reports To : Operations Manager

Direct Reports : Warehouse Staff

Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday – Saturday)

Job Overview :

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, efficient processes while maintaining safety standards and on-time product delivery within a lighting company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warehouse Operations : Oversee warehouse tasks, including inventory control, storage management, and order processing.
• Team Leadership : Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Inventory Control : Maintain accurate stock records and ensure precise order fulfillment.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure a safe working environment, enforcing safety regulations and best practices.
• Process Optimization : Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes for greater efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma required; Logistics/Supply Chain degree preferred.
• Experience : 3+ years in warehouse management, preferably within manufacturing or lighting industries.
• Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and safety.
