  • Enable seamless customer and employee experiences through resilient and interoperable systems.
  • Foster a platform mindset promoting reusability modularity and agility.
  • Define and execute the platform strategy for core banking payments and enterprise workflows.
  • Lead modernization of legacy systems and migration to modular API-enabled and cloud-ready platforms.
  • Ensure platform availability scalability and compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with business architecture and delivery teams to prioritize platform enhancements and integrations.
  • Drive automation and straight-through processing across banking operations.

Qualifications

  • Core Banking Expertise: Deep understanding of core banking systems (e.g. account management lending deposits).
  • Payments & Clearing Systems: Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payment rails ISO 20022 SWIFT and real-time payments.
  • Workflow & Process Automation: Experience with BPM case management and enterprise workflow orchestration.
  • Platform Engineering & Integration: Ability to lead platform modernization API enablement and cloud-native transformation.
  • Regulatory & Operational Risk Acumen: Familiarity with compliance audit and operational resilience requirements.
  • Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to lead large‑scale platform programs and cross‑functional teams.
