- 8 years of industry experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Experience in developing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of cross-functional media businesses and operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful collaboration.
- Lead the execution of strategies to accelerate the shift from TV to YouTube, leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize client advertising efforts.
- Analyze and optimize marketing Return on Investment (ROI) by monitoring and assessing the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and coordinate with agency partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and utilization of resources to drive successful marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in digital marketing, providing insights and recommendations to keep the team and clients at the forefront of the evolving marketing landscape.
