Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working as a pre-sales/solution engineer or similar customers and partners facing roles, including working as a member of a professional services or systems engineering team.
- Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently, to support business operations and engage with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Google products (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer certification or equivalent).
- Experience with managed endpoint devices (PC or mobile), and the growing ecosystem of browser-based applications and collaboration tools, in a workplace or school digital transformation projects.
- Experience in deploying Google’s Collaboration tools (e.g., Workspace, Classroom, Chromebook) in either education or enterprise setting, or equivalent experience using similar products.
- Knowledge of regional end user computing technology and education technology market needs, engaged insights and latest industry news and trends.

Responsibilities
- Identify educational customer business requirements, create and develop solutions (e.g., ChromeOS, Workspace for Education and Gemini) to address school infrastructure needs.
- Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions including bid responses, product briefings, and proof-of-concept (PoC) facilitation.
- Lead technical evaluations and coordinate supporting technical resources within Google and our channel partners.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future product direction for Chrome and Education teams.
- Prepare and present demonstrations of Google products to school leadership and government agencies to persuade a technology leadership audience. Promote Google for Education’s portfolio in both customer-facing meetings and public industry events.
