gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.
The gTech Ads Strategy and Operations (gSO Ads) team is the strategic engine that powers the growth, efficiency, and scale of our gTech Ads ecosystem. As a Strategy and Operations Lead for the gSO Ads Product team, you will serve as the strategic powerhouse and operational backbone for the gTech Ads Enablement organization.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide strategy and operations support to gTech Ads Enablement Leadership. Partner closely with the leadership team to actively advocate strategic initiatives and respectfully challenge existing paradigms to drive business excellence.
- Address highly complex, ambiguous problems by translating high-level strategic goals into concrete, actionable plans and project roadmaps.
- Drive and lead strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end with execution. Maintain full accountability for delivering results and implementing effective, on-the-ground changes.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the impact of gTech Ads Enablement operations and strategic initiatives. Bring a relentless mindset of ownership to drive continuous improvement across Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Growth.
- Master stakeholder management by collaborating seamlessly across various gSO and GTM teams, gTech Ads Enablement and gTech Ads teams.
