Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Education or Education-adjacent role.
- Experience designing and developing interactive learning assets (e.g., codelabs, etc.).
- Experience in the use of AI tools.
- Experience designing, creating or delivering technical curricula.
- Strong cross-team and cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities
- Assess the accuracy of technical training material by collaborating across Google’s engineering organization with a focus on SRE and Google Cloud platform/tools and infrastructure (GCP/TI).
- Simplify technical information into learning objectives and learning tasks.
- Collaborate with a learning designer to create a training flow that will lead students through the material optimally.
- Conduct needs analysis and design scalable interactive learning solutions; develop codelabs and other interactive materials that satisfy learning objectives.
- Evaluate, design, and implement a global capability development (GCD) training delivery system that can scale to multiple partners.
