Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, including video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, and CTV), and understanding of the performers landscape across both traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of decision makers.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Excellent tactical thinking skills, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (AE) to lead critical client and agency relationships and drive cross-product business growth. In this role, you will be the primary architect of strategic growth for your assigned accounts, developing high-level business plans while executing the day-to-day sales strategies that turn those plans into results.

You will grow by navigating complexity with a drive for impact, finding untapped opportunities within your book of business, and turning them into reality. You are an orchestrator, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver the power of OneGoogle to our clients. You possess an investigative mindset for forecasting and a strong sense of accountability for both your pipeline and our clients long-term business goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own the development of annual and quarterly account plans and activation roadmaps, assessing opportunity size to drive long-term growth.
  • Cultivate trusted, multi-level relationships with clients and agency partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Leverage expertise in the advertising landscape and Google’s product suite to translate client business objectives into actionable, business-generating opportunities.
  • Partner across internal teams to deliver integrated OneGoogle solutions that maximize impact for the client.
  • Manage weekly forecasting and pipeline health, ensuring accuracy in sales projections and accountability to goals.
