Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 4 years of experience in a people management role.
Preferred qualifications:
-
MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for advertising or measurement products.
- Experience in measurement and attribution, including with VTC, EVC, and various attribution models.
- Experience working in a large organization with a track record of driving regional or global impact.
- Knowledge of audience activation strategies, including customer and partner match audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners.

Google’s Global Product Solutions (GPS) organization leads the commercial business strategy for Google Ads, Google marketing platform, and select organic surfaces, driving adoption of our advertising products. The Measurement GPS team is at the forefront of helping advertisers navigate complexity, prove Google’s value, and unlock new budgets through powerful first-party tools and third-party partnerships.
In this role, you will engage with partners across business development, gTech, and marketing, you will commercialize features, collect market feedback, and shape forward-looking strategy. This role involves representing products in VP-level forums, advocating for advertiser needs, and navigating roadblocks with stakeholders. You will lead and coach a high-performing team of executive individual contributors spread across global offices. You will foster a culture of excellence and guide your team in achieving ambitious adoption goals. Your leadership ensures strategic alignment across cross-functional teams, effectively prioritizing initiatives that maximize the impact of Google’s measurement solutions for advertisers globally. You will be a dedicated advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities. This includes driving the goal for our attribution framework and unlocking growth opportunities.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and provide performance management for a high-performing global team of executive individual contributors.
- Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for attribution and audience solutions, focusing on enhancing View-Through Conversion (VTC), Engaged-View Conversion (EVC), and attributed brand searches.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product management to set motivated activation goals and influence product roadmaps.
- Represent the business and measurement products in Vice President (VP)-level conversations and large executive forums.
- Negotiate and de-escalate complex roadblocks with global stakeholders, advocating for advertiser needs in a dynamic measurement landscape.
