Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 5 years of experience leading the machine learning (ML) design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience in quality domain, technologies related to training and deploying ML models at Google scale.
- Ability to drive user impact for large-scale consumer products through content selection, signal and feature understanding and training.

- Drive strategy and execution of quality including ranking, corpus selection and infrastructure of content that drives clicks.
