Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in retail and F&B fit-out projects and strong hands‑on knowledge of MEP systems and coordination . The selected candidate will lead projects from start to finish ensuring smooth execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover
• Plan and oversee execution of MEP works ensuring compliance with technical standards and authority requirements
• Act as the primary client liaison conducting meetings, site inspections, and progress updates
• Supervise in‑house teams across all trades (MEP, civil, carpentry etc.)
• Allocate manpower and resources across multiple ongoing projects
• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, dashboards and handover documents
• Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai in interior fit‑out (retail/F&B)
• Proven track record in project management with in‑house execution teams
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination with subcontractors
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
• Ability to produce professional project reports and documentation
• Immediate availability is preferred
