Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and managing all supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, inventory/warehouse management and import/export control. Develops and implements supply chain strategies to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities implementing strategies accordingly.
• Ensure cross‑departmental alignment of supply chain activities.

Procurement

• Develop and manage a strong supplier network.
• Implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
• Negotiate favorable contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

Logistics

• Develop logistics strategies to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Manage inbound/outbound transportation and carrier negotiations.
• Optimize inventory levels and oversee warehousing and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations.

Supply Chain Optimization

• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Leverage technology for better supply chain visibility and performance.
• Integrate sustainability principles into operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain team.
• Recruit, train and manage talent effectively.
• Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in procurement and logistics management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain principles and practices.
• Experience in the aviation industry preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
• Reports To: CEO
