Job Summary

The Head – Corporate Relations & Placements will be responsible for driving final placements and internships for MBA Students by building strong industry linkages in the UAE, designing internship-to-PPO pathways, and aligning placement strategy with the realities of the Dubai/UAE job market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute final placement strategy for MBA students.
  • Build and activate direct corporate hiring relationships across UAE-based organizations.
  • Secure full‑time roles across functions such as Marketing, Operation and Finance.
  • Coordinate interview processes, offers, negotiations, and onboarding timelines with companies.
  • Work closely with Program Head and faculty to ensure student readiness and role alignment.
  • Design and execute a large‑scale SIP strategy aligned with UAE hiring practices.
  • Secure quality, paid internships, with clear deliverables and learning outcomes.
  • Promote internship-to-PPO conversion as the primary placement pathway.
  • Maintain strong engagement with corporate mentors during internships.
  • Develop and sustain a strong network of UAE‑based companies, including MNCs, regional firms, SMEs, and family businesses.
  • Identify opportunities for live projects, short‑term consulting, leadership talks, and industry visits.
  • Act as the single point of contact for corporate partners for placements and internships.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in corporate relations, placements, talent acquisition, or business development in the UAE/Dubai market.
  • Proven experience in student placements or large‑scale internship hiring (preferably with MBA/PGDM institutions).
  • Strong existing corporate network in the UAE with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business owners.
  • Hands‑on experience with internship‑to‑PPO hiring models.
  • Deep understanding of UAE labor market and hiring practices.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle large cohorts (200+ students) with structured planning.
  • High level of professionalism, ownership, and institutional commitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
