JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and detailed engineering of underground utility networks including:
    • Stormwater and sanitary drainage systems
    • Cooling water and fire water networks
    • Contaminated and noncontaminated liquid handling systems
  • Conduct hydraulic calculations for surface drainage systems (gravitybased and pressurized/liquidfilled systems).
  • Prepare conceptual designs and detailed schematics for plumbing and drainage systems in buildings.
  • Estimate quantities and prepare bills of materials (BOM) technical documentation and subcontract packages including scope of work and price schedules.
  • Interface and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams client representatives thirdparty certifiers subcontractors and other global workshare offices.
  • Review and interact with vendors regarding coating/painting systems field joint materials and isometric checks.
  • Participate in all project phases including Conceptual Design FEED Detailed Engineering EPC and EPIC stages.
  • Independently handle UG engineering scope and act as Lead UG Engineer when required.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards client specifications and project requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree (BE/) in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory.
  • Masters degree (ME/) in Structural Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the design and engineering of underground and general civil works preferably in the oil & gas or infrastructure sectors.
  • Handson experience with major clients such as ADNOC Saudi Aramco Shell Total or other international oil and gas operators.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical aptitude for civil and UG engineering challenges.
  • Proficiency in civil and UG design software and tools.
  • Strong project documentation communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality work within deadlines.
