About the Role

Our clientis seeking a Head of Property & Casualty (P&C) to lead and grow their regional portfolio across the Middle East & Africa. This is a producing role, with a strong focus on business development, market relationships, and technical leadership in complex risk placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial growth of the P&C portfolio across MEA markets
• Maintain and expand relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and key clients
• Lead placement strategy for corporate and specialty P&C risks
• Mentor and support the P&C team on technical and market matters
• Work closely with executive leadership on strategy, profitability, and positioning
• Represent the Companyat industry forums, partner networks, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P&C insurance broking within the MEA region (UAE experience is a must)
• Strong technical placement expertise across corporate and commercial lines
• Established insurer, reinsurer, and client relationships
• Demonstrated track record of revenue production and business growth
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Must already be based in the UAE
