The AMET DSP Management team works across AMET countries to build best‑in‑class partnerships with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). This role leads data‑driven insights to grow and optimize DSP programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the AWS account and Redshift data warehouse, including IAM permissions.
  • Own reporting for strategic roadmaps, driving expansion and optimization of DSP business units.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards with key metrics for senior leadership review.
  • Onboard data to the data warehouse by building automated pipelines using Python in Lambda or SageMaker to invoke API calls.
  • Use statistical techniques for deep dives, generating actionable insights and communicating recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Invent new analysis methods to identify trends and gaps in delivery partner experience.
  • Partner with data engineers and analysts to automate reporting tools that improve quality of analysis.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on reporting needs, maintain and own data pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi‑TB) data sets.
  • Expert Python scripting and advanced SQL skills.
  • Administration of AWS technologies.
  • Data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight or similar tools.
  • Translate business stakeholder needs into data solutions.
  • Strong experience in information retrieval, machine learning, data mining, and statistical design of experiments.
  • Clear communication of statistical results to senior leadership.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Data Engineer certification.
