About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Abu Dhabi operations, drive strategic initiatives, oversee vendor selection, and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
  • Lead the vendor selection process, including RFP development, evaluation, and contract negotiation
  • Oversee annual budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align operational goals
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identify cost‑savings opportunities and implement process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and corporate policies

Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 13 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or program management
  • Proven expertise in non-technical vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
  • Strong budget management skills, including planning, forecasting, and cost control
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the broader Middle East region
  • Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Professional certifications in procurement, project management, or finance
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in sectors such as government, energy, or infrastructure development
