Job Description

Job Title: Head of Curriculum

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and review of the school’s curriculum.
  • Ensure alignment of teaching and learning strategies with CBSE standards.
  • Support and mentor teachers to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate academic programs and student progress across all grades.
  • Coordinate assessments, reporting, and curriculum-related initiatives.
  • Actively participate in school events, professional development, and strategic planning.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of curriculum leadership experience, with at least 2–3 years in Dubai/UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and best teaching practices.
  • Able to join starting April 2026 for the next academic year.
