We are working on a high calibre assignment in Dubai and are keen to hear from specialist Corporate/ M&A lawyers.

Requirements

  • 4+years PQE, with relevant experience gained from top tier international law firms (prior in-house / secondment experience would be an advantage), specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions
  • On site 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday, half day Friday) for a minimum 3 month duration
  • Resident in the UAE (GCC/Golden/Spousal/Freelancer visa holders), and available to start assignments at short notice
