• Experienced Branch Manager holding UAE Visa and UAE Driving License preferably with MBA.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling any escalated issues or concerns.
• Train Employees and evaluate their performance.

Education

• Graduate preferably with MBA or ACII in Insurance

Experience

• Minimum 07 years of experience in Insurance Industry.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, services and regulations.
• Excellent Leadership and People management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make quick and sound decisions even in high-pressure situations.
